Shiva NatarajIsabelle offers a classical approach to studying the yoga tradition which includes hatha yoga, meditation, and in-depth contemplation of yoga philosophy. She provides private or small-group instruction to all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners. Programs are offered in 6-week sessions or individually scheduled private sessions. Workshops are also given throughout the year.
